All accessories, manuals, and any original packaging materials must be returned together. Please note that any damage or missing parts due to misuse may result in the return request being denied.
2. Return Process:

- Step 2: Pack the item with proof of purchase.
- Step 3: Write the package's return authorization number and address.
- Step 4: Send the package back to us.
Please note: Returns without prior communication will not be processed.
3. Shipping Fee:
Normally, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer. However, if it is because of our mistake (such as a wrong shipment or defective item), please provide photos of the item or a video of opening the box to prove the problem, and we will cover the shipping cost after we confirm.
